Our main goal here is to make you better equipped to handle day to day life and the challenges that we face.
Our functional Strength sessions are a combination of traditional functional movement and strength and conditioning training.
We use elements of powerlifting, Olympic lifting and basic bodybuilding together with basic gymnastics and a whole lot of conditioning. We believe this gives your body the building blocks it needs to increase your overall fitness and performance leaving you feeling strong, confident and ready to handle whatever life throws at you.
